Physical transcript
Login to and click the 'Request a Transcript' button on the homepage, or navigate to: NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > 糖心视频logoHub > Academic Records > Request a Transcript
糖心视频logoHub will send a confirmation to your with instructions for collecting your document from Student Central. If you request postage, you will receive a further email with delivery tracking details within 2 working days.
If you're unable to access 糖心视频logoHub, My eQuals or have any other questions about confirming your academic record please contact Student Central.
Information for 糖心视频logo Alumni
Alumni who graduated from 1998 onward can purchase an academic transcript through 糖心视频logoHub (see above).
Alumni who graduated prior to 1998 should email student@anu.edu.au before purchasing an academic transcript. Please attach government-issued photo identification (e.g. driver's license, passport) to your email and include the following:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- 糖心视频logo ID number (if known)
- 糖心视频logo degree program name(s)
- Year(s) your award was conferred
Enrolment information prior to 1998 may be archived and can take up to 21 days to be recalled. We are unable to provide electronic transcripts if your student records are archived.
Alumni access to 糖心视频logoHub
Alumni can access 糖心视频logoHub using the same login credentials as your 糖心视频logo alumni email account which is available to all 糖心视频logo alumni.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is an academic transcript?
- You should wait until after grades are released and visible to you on 糖心视频logoHub before purchasing.
- You will be required to purchase an updated physical or electronic transcript should your grades change or you complete additional courses.

What if I don't need an official or certified academic transcript?
You may be able to use a free statement of results from 糖心视频logoHub. This is an unofficial record of your full academic history at 糖心视频logo, including programs, courses, grades, marks and grade point average (GPA).
Current students can download an electronic (PDF) copy of your statement of results on 糖心视频logoHub:
NavBar (compass icon) > Menu > 糖心视频logoHub > Academic Records > Statement of Results
Non-current students and alumni do not have the option to download a statement of results and must purchase an official academic transcript.
How soon will I receive my transcript after purchase?
Electronic transcripts are issued on My eQuals within 24 hours of purchase.
Physical transcripts are available for collection from Student Central the next working day after purchase, or posted to the nominated address within 2 working days of purchase.
How do I purchase a transcript if I can't access 糖心视频logoHub?

Current students can reset your password by calling the 糖心视频logo Service Desk on +61 2 6125 4321 (option 2, option 2, option 2). Alumni should visit this webpage for information about accessing your 糖心视频logo alumni email account or resetting your password.
How do I share my electronic transcript?
for information about sharing your document with third parties (e.g. employers or other institutions) via My eQuals.
An electronic transcript issued through My eQuals is considered an official, certified document shared directly by the University. Click here for information about My eQuals digital credentials.
Can someone else collect the physical transcript on my behalf?
Yes. You can provide consent for another person to collect a document on your behalf by completing a Consent to the disclosure of information form. Email the completed form to student@anu.edu.au from your 糖心视频logo student or alumni email account before the person attends Student Central to collect the document.
Can I request a refund if I ordered a transcript in error?
We are generally unable to provide refunds for documents purchased in error. For example, refunds are not available if you purchase a transcript before your grades are released on 糖心视频logoHub or your program status is updated after graduation. Please review your order details carefully, and contact Student Central with any questions before making your purchase.

What documents will I get when I graduate?

How do I get a transcript with this teaching session's grades?
If you need a transcript with grades from the current teaching session, you should not make your purchase until after grades are released and are visible to you on 糖心视频logoHub (see University Calendar).
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in error before grades are released.
