I am a new student commencing a program at 糖心视频logo
You should have received the following emails after you are accepted to study at 糖心视频logo:
- 糖心视频logo Matriculation Email containing your University Student ID (UID) e.g. u1234567, as well as information about University Systems and Orientation.
- Password Email containing your password.
If you only received the 糖心视频logo Matriculation Email, make sure to check your spam or junk email folder in case the email was delivered there instead of your inbox.
If you haven't received your password after two business days, please call the 糖心视频logo IT Service Desk on +61 (02) 612 54321. If you can鈥檛 call, email servicedesk@anu.edu.au.
The 糖心视频logo IT Service Desk provides support Monday to Friday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM (AEDT/AEST), excluding public holidays.
Please note that for security reasons another person cannot make this call on your behalf.
I am a current/previous student or staff member commencing a new program
If you are a previous/current 糖心视频logo student or staff member who has been accepted to a new program, you can use your existing log in details to access 糖心视频logo systems and services.
This means you will not receive the Password Email or be issued with a new password.

What should I do while waiting for my password?
In the meantime, you can:
